Nestor’s background, as a mechanical engineer from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from New York University, brings Tradelink the necessary management and entrepreneurial spirit to lead the company from a local to a regional leading internet design and development enterprise. Before joining Tradelink, Nestor owned Supernova S.A., a distribution company for LG Electronics, a leading Korean multinational Corp. since 1992. This seven-year relationship established LG Air Conditioners as the leading imported brand in Colombia with sales of more than ten million dollars. As a further development, Nestor engaged in the launch of his e-commerce Internet venture, lg-store.com. Prior to this, Nestor was general manager of Moseres S.A., a manufacturing company that produced and distributed refrigeration equipment and air conditioners for the Andean market. He was in charge of negotiating the technology transfer agreement with York International Corporation, USA, for licensed production of their brand.
