More than 50 launched dot coms with success stories like Colombianflowers.com, TvCable.com, EPMTV.com, Bogota.com, Subastalink.com and LaCiudad.com., has positioned Tradelink, art + technology, as one of the leading latin american developers, with great experience in both B2C and B2B sectors and very robust technology competencies and multicultural implementations, adequate for the region. Rodolfo has worked joint projects with international partners Siegel Gale, DataReturn, Digex and Sapient. Prior to establishing Tradelink, Rodolfo was heavily involved in international trade negotiations. He was formerly economic advisor to the American Ambassador in Bogota. Then, as an advisor to the Colombian Minister of International Trade, Rodolfo directed numerous bilateral trade negotiations with the United States and Canada. As deputy director of the Colombian Foreign Trade Institute, INCOMEX, Rodolfo was in charge of trade policy and multilateral negotiations at the GATT. As an economic director in Araujo Ibarra, Rodolfo consulted in the area of international business development for multinationals in the region and developed trade promotion software. Before returning to Colombia, Rodolfo was a research fellow at the Council for Interamerican Security in Washington D.C.
